PEL Waste Reduction Equipment
Antimicrobial ElectroPak Internal Litter Bin for General & Recycling Wastes
The Electropak Bin from PEL Waste Reduction Equipment allows hospitality businesses to reduce the costs of managing recycling or general waste bins in the service area or at the back-of-house. ElectroPak is available in 120 litre, 240 Litre and 360 Litre capacities and uses a standard wheelie bin to hold litter. It incorporates an on-board compactor that increases the capacity by up to 10 times, which, in turn dramatically reduces the frequency of service required for the bin. An integrated bin-fill sensor monitors waste levels and triggers the compaction mechanism when waste levels reach a pre-determined height in the bin. ElectroPak automatically issues a notification when the bin requires service so no more over-flowing bins or staff checking half-empty bins rather than attending to customer service.
ElectroPak, requires a 220V/60Hz mains electricity connection, comes in a range of RAL colours and is operated by means of a foot pedal operated so the public do not have to touch the bin when using it. A special Cu+ antimicrobial finish is also available which offers additional safety for the public. The ElectroPak bin is leak proof, the sealed design eliminates the possibility of odours, and its small footprint makes it unobtrusive and ideal for positioning in the service area.
