The main objective of the Panel of Chefs Ireland is to promote the development of all aspects of professional cookery. The panel consists of the Chief Executive Officer, the Honorary President, the National Secretary and National Treasurer, and the National Membership Officer together with the Chairman of each regional branch. The Board of directors represent all members on a national and international basis and conducts the business of the Panel of chefs. |

The Restaurants Association of Ireland is the representative group for the Irish Restaurant Industry. Founded in 1970 the organisation has over 500 members. The Association provides a wealth of benefits and services to restaurant owners; it also currently provides a comprehensive package of training programmes for restaurant owners, managers/supervisors and operatives, covering a wide range of skills and disciplines. There are ten regional branches of the Association, each of which is headed up by a branch chairperson. |
