CATEX, Ireland’s definitive food service event is coming the RDS Simmonscourt from 8-10 February 2011.

A foodservice show organised for the food industry by the food industry, CATEX has been created by the CEA (Catering Equipment Association) and represents all sectors of the industry. Now catering for the on-trade, Catex has teamed up with key bodies on board now including the Licensed Vintners Association and the Vinter’s Federation of Ireland in addition to the support of Catex’s long standing partners, the Panel of Chefs, Specialty Coffee Association of Europe Ireland and the Irish Hotel Institute. Next year’s show will be widening its attractions to ensure that all the needs of exhibitors and visitors, alike, are catered for.
