Are you up for the challenge? 

An exceptional competition bringing together professionals working in the confectionary arts (pastry chefs, chocolatiers, confectioners, restaurant pastry chefs, ice cream confectioners…) The winning team will represent Ireland in March 2012 at the Mondial des Arts Sucres in Paris Team of 2 contestants. Team must be MIXED (man/woman each holding an Irish passport).
