There’s so much to see at CATEX 2013:
Over the years CATEX has become the platform for a wide variety of National and International Foodservice skills competitions. At CATEX the finals of many culinary and other Foodservice Skills competitions are given the stage and wide audience that they deserve.
National Junior and Senior Chefs teams are chosen at CATEX, so too will be the National Barista Champion and the National Cocktail Champion. Five International Teams will compete against the Irish Culinary Team at CATEX in a 3 day spectacular competition taking place in two purpose built kitchens.
