| One of the major highlights of Catex is the Catex Gala Night which takes place on the second day of the event. Over 350 guests from the hospitality industry will gather in the prestigious Four Seasons Hotel for an evening of great food and excellent entertainment. Sponsorship of the 2009 Catex Gala Night would represent excellent branding and networking opportunities. |

| Chef Ireland International Hot Kitchens |
| This is a brand new feature for Catex 2009 and will act as a huge draw for visitors over the three day show. Two purpose built hot kitchens will act as the hub around which six teams of chefs will battle it out in an international culinary competition. Sponsorship of this exciting new feature would involve a design/fit-out company joining the Catex Team in maximising the visual appeal of the area. |

| National Barista Champion |
Ireland’s top coffee baristas will battle it out for the position of the Irish Barista Champion at Catex 2009. There is a unique opportunity for a company to sponsor the Irish National Champion by providing the required financial support needed for them to represent Ireland at the 2009 World Barista Championships taking place in the USA. |

| Several plasma screens will be located around Catex showing all the live action taking place throughout the three days of the show from the intense cooking competitions to the skills of Ireland’s top baristas.
